UHS is Hiring a Technical Project Manager Near RENO, NV

Responsibilities

Job Summary:  The Technical Project Manager (Marketing) will be responsible for leveraging the technical and marketing expertise to drive engagement and improve the healthcare experience of our members, primarily through data driven marketing and project management. Will work closely with the marketing and IT teams to harness data analytics, marketing automation, and digital tools to develop and execute targeted campaigns, projects, personalization strategies, and member-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in marketing technology, data analytics, or a related role in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, particularly HIPAA compliance.
  • Previous experience in healthcare insurance, understanding the nuances and challenges of the industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, data analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, coding, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends.
